Refund policy

After the date of delivery, we provide hassle-free returns and exchanges for seven days. It may take an additional five to seven days for the returned item(s) to reach us. We also provide services for reverse pick-up.

There will be two attempts at pickup. if the package cannot be picked up by the courier service. The cargo must be returned to the business address. Reverse Pick Up is dependent on the service being offered in your area's pin code.

When returns are picked up via COD orders, a store credit will be sent to your registered email address or phone number within 1-2 business days.

Kindly send back the goods or products in the same condition that they were shipped. Refunds are not given for returned goods that are ill-fitting or that are obviously worn.

Please give the return processing and the funds appearing in your bank account a full week. IMPORTANT NOTICE: ONLY PREPAID ORDERS AND ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE ARE ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS OR BANK TRANSFERS.

When you choose the COD option, you will receive store credit in the amount of your payment, which you can spend whenever you like.

We are accessible from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Sunday. Next day, any outstanding questions will be addressed first priority. 
Order cancellations are only permitted as long as the order hasn't left our warehouse.

We do not accept returns on several product categories, including but not limited to accessories, eyewear, perfumes, masks, and innerwear such as boxers, briefs, and trunks, due to the stringent hygienic requirements of our items. Mokosh reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice, to alter the items or categories covered by this policy.
